Hi guys!

My name's Sam and I created words & wood. 

 

Back in 2016 I was stuck for ideas about what i could buy my mum for mothers day.

One nice chopping board and a trip to the hardware store later (for a really cheap wood burning tool) I made my first personalised chopping board. That was the first of many (I mean a lot!). My house was taken over by endless stacks of chopping boards.

Over the last few years the equipment and tools have definitely improved, along with the design skills. Not to mention I finally have a dedicated workshop, I have my house back!

 

In 2020 our personalised chopping boards are better than ever. we've also introduced a stack of other personalised products.

 

At words & wood we love creating pieces that will be treasured for years to come.
